A decade of experience

Italian cuisine

Marcello, the owner and Head Chef at Bella Naples, graduated as Chef in 1997 at the prestigious Vico Equense (IPSSAR F.de Gennaro) culinary college in the South of Italy.

He has always had an insatiable passion for making bread and over the years has perfected a large range of bakery products. His famous pizzas which are prepared and baked in our traditional wood fire oven, are simply to die for.

Even that, he has worked in some of the most respected and well known eateries and patisseries like Naple’s famous Scaturchio and La Torre (where he perfected his cake making and patisserie skills) and in London’s five star Hilton and Sofitel hotels.

With nearly two decades of experience, he has developed a particular gift for recognising the finer things in life; especially when it comes to eating good food and is eager to share this love and passion with all of you.
